4. Security & Liability

  • We provide security features such as cameras, gated access, and lighting.
  • However, Saguaro Storage is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to stored items.
  • Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance for stored property.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Store explosive, toxic, or illegal materials
  • Operate a business from the unit
  • Live or sleep in any storage unit
  • Tamper with facility equipment or security systems

6. Termination of Agreement

  • Customers may terminate their rental at any time with proper notice.
  • We reserve the right to terminate a rental agreement for violations of these terms or unsafe activity.

By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Reservation Policy

  • Online reservations may require a deposit.
